Welcome To Threshfield Quarry…
The spectacular Threshfield Quarry is a disused limestone quarry at Threshfield near Skipton, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Work at the quarry ceased in 2000 and the owners, Tarmac, undertook a programme of site clearance and restoration ground works to prepare the site for long term access and development. The quarry site is the largest area within the Yorkshire Dales National Park that is designated for development.
About The Project
In June 2012 the Threshfield Quarry Development Trust was incorporated to oversee the implementation of a combined economic and cultural vision for the future use of the site.
